MHDay 2026 Toolkit: Menstrual Talk, Dignity First

We are pleased to launch the MHDay 2026 Toolkit under the global campaign theme: “Menstrual Talk, Dignity First.”

Grounded in the Dignified Menstruation Framework, this toolkit is designed to support members, partners, advocates, organizations, and communities in advancing meaningful conversations and collective action to challenge menstrual discrimination and promote dignity, equality, and justice for all through Dignified Menstruation.

The toolkit provides key campaign messages, advocacy resources, and communication materials to strengthen engagement around MHDay 2026 and to encourage a deeper understanding of dignified menstruation as a matter of human rights, social justice, and dignity.

We invite everyone to use, share, and amplify this toolkit to help break the silence, transform stigma, and advance Dignified Menstruation for all.
